Shipments are made through external parcel providers, this means that the company does not make the shipments itself. Instead, the customer hires a company specialized in logistics and freight transportation to be responsible for delivering the products to customers. These suppliers have the experience, distribution network, and resources necessary to handle shipments efficiently.

This calculation is made automatically on the checkout or shopping cart page, based on various factors such as the weight of the product, dimensions, delivery address, and possibly the selected delivery speed. This provides transparency, allowing customers to know the total cost of their purchase, including shipping, before committing to pay.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information: It is essential that customers provide accurate and complete shipping information (such as their address, zip code, telephone number, etc.). The accuracy of this information is crucial because any errors or lack of clarity can lead to delivery delays or even the package not reaching its destination. The policy clarifies that the customer has the responsibility to ensure that the data provided is correct.

Product Receipt Guarantee: The effectiveness of delivery, that is, that the product reaches the customer at the right place and time, depends largely on the accuracy of the shipping information provided by the customer. If the information is correct, the parcel provider has a high probability of delivering the product without problems.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

General Returns Policy: These terms and conditions apply to all product returns made in our store www. juventino.mx . Returns will be accepted for exchange, defect or dissatisfaction according to the conditions established in this document.

Returns for Exchange: Product exchanges will be accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. The products must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and in their original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect. The customer must contact our customer service to start the change process at contacto@juventino.mx

Returns for Manufacturing Defects: Returns for manufacturing defects will be accepted within 7 days of receiving the order. The customer must report the defect and provide images of it to our customer service at contacto@juventino.mx If the defect is confirmed, a replacement of the product will be offered at no additional cost to the customer, including shipping costs.

Returns for Dissatisfaction: Returns for dissatisfaction will be accepted within 7 days of receiving the order. The products must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and in their original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be made for the cost of the returned product, excluding the original shipping costs, using the same payment methods when making the original purchase.

Return Procedure: To start the return process, the customer must contact our customer service at contacto@Juventino.mx and provide the following information:

Yo. Client's full name.

ii. Order number.

iii. Reason for return.

The customer will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product. The returned product must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transportation. Once the returned product is received, its status will be verified and the corresponding exchange or refund processed.

Exceptions: Returns of products that do not meet the conditions established in this document will not be accepted. Returns of personalized or custom-made products will not be accepted unless they have verifiable manufacturing defects.
